That's your all-in-one sales software, Fast, seamless, and actually beautiful.

And do you want to know something
every other tool still gets so incredibly wrong?

What happens before and
after the sale.

Because your sales software, your album builder, and your editor are not connected, you're stuck doing all of this manually:

Exporting files, importing files.

Cross-referencing order sheets.

Editing the wrong image because you misread your notes.

Or worse, head swapping a handful before realizing it's the wrong swap.

Rebuilding the entire album design from scratch in an entirely different program.

Re-exporting. Re-uploading. Manually swapping everything.

And wasting so much time.

We respectfully
decline that workflow.

Introducing

Production Loop.

The two-way sync that connects Lightroom & Selection Studio at every step of your workflow, from publishing proofs, to syncing order details back to Lightroom, to sending final edits that update everywhere automatically.

One click, both ways.

Finally.

Lightroom

This is how it should have always worked.

What photographers are saying

Early reactions.

Every reveal session I've been having since I found out about this, I've been frustrated with what I'm using, just dying for this to launch!

It's refreshing to see someone who actually USES this type of thing and has experience with IPS designing it. It makes such a HUGE difference!!!

It's AMAZEBALLS!!! Even though over a year ago when you asked if I'd ever leave HoneyBook and I told you no, you managed to convince me.

Founder · Photographer · Business Coach

I've been a Photographer since 2010, a Business Strategist for over a decade, and the Software Situation has been a Nightmare the Entire Time.

Clunky, dated, clearly designed by someone who hasn't run a photography business. But I used it because… what else was I supposed to do? Build my own? (Spoiler: yes, apparently.)

I was frustrated. Software I'd invested $700 in stopped working. Updates deleted years of client history. I needed a dozen apps just to run my business — none of which talked to each other.

I've coached hundreds of photographers with the same pain points. Same messy workarounds. Same wasted hours.

And one day, I just snapped.

In a good way, not the murder-your-husband way.

I knew what we needed:

A CRM that takes minutes to use, not hours to figure out. One that works for you instead of creating more work. Galleries that are not only beautiful but also nudge rebookings Emails you actually send, consistently Sales tools that sync with everything

One system. One database.
One flexible workflow.

For us, by us. Because when your tools finally work together, everything else gets easier.

That's Hey Photo Friend.

You've got questions

We've got answers.

When does Selection Studio launch? +
It's live and invite-only right now. We're opening the door to small groups at a time, and invites go out to the waitlist first, so if you're on the list, you're in the front of the line.
What about galleries and CRM? +
They're coming right after! Selection Studio ships first (it's what y'all have been asking for the loudest), then Galleries, then HQ. Join the waitlist and you'll get access to each one as it goes live.
What makes this different from other IPS tools? +
Okay, here's the short version: I actually use this. Like, every week. So the workflow is designed around how real sessions go, not how a developer imagined they might go. A few things no one else does: • Production Loop, your order details, picks, and ratings sync between Selection Studio and Lightroom. No spreadsheets. No cross-referencing. It's kind of magical. • Smart Cart, suggests matching products as you build the order. Clients buy more, you click less. • Runs in your browser, no downloads, no clunky desktop app from 2006. • Everything's connected, Selection Studio, HQ, and Galleries all share one database. Data just flows.
I don't do IPS yet, is this for me? +
Honestly? If you're even thinking about adding ordering appointments, Selection Studio makes it so approachable you'll wonder why you waited. And if IPS isn't your thing at all, no worries! Galleries and HQ work completely on their own. Digital delivery, print credits, collections, whatever your style.
Is there a Lightroom integration? +
Yes! And it might be my favorite thing we built. With Production Loop (our Lightroom plugin), you publish proofs to Selection Studio in one click. Run your session. Then send ratings, picks, notes, and order details back to Lightroom, also one click. When you're done editing, sync finals back and they update everywhere: the album, the gallery, the order sheet. All of it. Automatically. No more export-import-reupload-pray-you-didn't-miss-anything workflows. (Don't use Lightroom? You can still sync to Bridge, Photo Mechanic, and others.)
I'm not tech-savvy. Will I be able to figure this out? +
If you can scroll Instagram, you can use this. Seriously. The whole point was to build something that actually makes sense, not software where you need a manual just to find the settings page. Plus, you're never on your own: • Guided tours walk you through everything • Video walkthroughs for every feature • AI assistant for instant answers, any time • Real human help when you need it (hi, that's me) I've rage-quit enough tutorials myself to know what actually helps. You'll be fine.
Do I have to use everything, or can I just pick what I need? +
Totally pick and choose! Want just Selection Studio? Go for it. Just Galleries? That works too. Mix and match however you like. Each product works great on its own. But when you use them together, that's when the magic happens. Client data flows automatically, finals sync everywhere, no more copy-pasting between apps. Start with one. Subscribe to more whenever it makes sense.
